We are looking for a shop counter person in our Hire shop.
The position combines customer service, sales support, and administrative responsibilities, playing a key role in ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for customers from enquiry through to delivery.
Job requirements:
- The Trade Counter & Hire Controller will respond to customer enquiries by phone, email, and in person.
- Manage on-hire & off-hire of tools.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Resolve customer issues and queries promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate the booking, allocation, and scheduling of plant and tool equipment.
- Ensure accurate input of hire contracts and customer records into the hire system.
- Liaise with workshop and transport to ensure smooth operations.
Pay: €28,300.00-€32,000.00 per year
