About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Night Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our warehouse operations during night shifts. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth workflow, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of safety and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate night shift warehouse staff
- Ensure all goods are received, stored, and dispatched accurately
- Monitor team performance and provide guidance where needed
- Maintain health & safety standards at all times
- Handle stock control, inventory checks, and reporting
- Resolve any operational issues efficiently
- Liaise with management regarding shift performance
Requirements
- Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory role
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Ability to work night shifts consistently
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of warehouse systems and procedures
- Forklift licence.
- Experience shunting (desirable but not essential)
