Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and execute a detailed project plan using Agile methodologies, including milestones, risk assessments, and contingency strategies. Ensure flexibility for continuous improvement and adjustments based on feedback.
Project Governance and Reporting: Establish governance frameworks and provide regular updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Technical Coordination: Collaborate with IT Infrastructure, Infrastructure Operations, Security, Applications and Production Support Teams, Regional (EMEA) IT teams, and Business Units to ensure seamless delivery to infrastructure.
For you to succeed in the role,you’ll need to have:
Experienced in IT Project Management & Governance: Managed deliveryof infrastructure project in financial services using Agile and Waterfall methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
Risk Management: Prioritised zero downtime and business continuity through thorough testing, backup plans, and coordination with relevant teams.
Collaboration and Communication: Worked closely with trading desks, infrastructure, and applicationsupport teams to ensure smooth transitions.
Stakeholder Engagement: Conducted stand-ups, sprint reviews,and retrospectives for clear communication with senior stakeholders.
