Sales Manager (hospitality) - Dublin South - Permanent
Salary: €50,000 - €55,000 + 10% Bonus
On behalf of our client, we are recruiting an experienced, commercially driven Sales Manager to join a well-established hospitality business. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional with a strong background in hotel sales to play a key role in driving revenue growth and developing long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and secure new business opportunities within the corporate and conference markets

Build, manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts to maximise revenue opportunities

Work towards and achieve weekly sales appointment targets

Conduct market research and monitor competitor activity, pricing and sales strategies

Maintain and strengthen existing client relationships while actively networking for new business opportunities, both locally and internationally

Track and report on lost and declined business opportunities

Represent the business at industry events and trade shows
Candidate Requirements

Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar hotel sales role

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing client relationships

Experience preparing and managing annual sales budgets

Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills

Excellent organisational and time management abilities

Self-motivated, customer-focused and commercially driven

Full clean driver's licence and own transport essential
