Churchfield Home Services is seeking high-quality Qualified Electricians to join our structured retrofit teams across Dublin and surrounding areas.
This is not a static electrician role. This position forms part of our formal Electrical Supervisor Pathway, designed for electricians who demonstrate strong technical performance, ≥95% quality standards, and leadership capability within a structured 3-month assessment period.
We specialise in solar PV, heat pumps, and ventilation systems, delivering compliant, future-focused installations within well-planned projects supported by clear RAMS, sequenced work orders, and defined testing standards.

What You’ll Do
- Work within structured retrofit delivery teams
- Install, connect, and commission electrical systems for:
- Heat pumps
- Solar PV systems
- Mechanical ventilation
- Carry out consumer unit upgrades, new circuits, and protective devices
- Perform full testing & verification in line with ET101
- Record test results accurately within CHS systems
- Maintain safe isolation and structured site discipline
- Work collaboratively with Plumbing and Solar teams
- Support apprentices within a 2:1 structured model
- Achieve and maintain ≥95% quality KPI standard
- Enter the Supervisor Assessment Period upon eligibility
Supervisor Progression Pathway
This role includes:
- 3-Month Supervisor Assessment Period
- Structured leadership exposure
- Measured KPI performance (Quality, Safety, Delivery)
- Demonstration of apprentice management capability
- Formal assessment and panel sign-off
Upon successful completion:
- Promotion to Electrical Supervisor Pay Band (€35–€42 per hour)
- Fleet allocation aligned with supervisory responsibility
- Leadership of structured retrofit teams
- Eligibility for Senior Supervisor progression (scale dependent on operational growth and performance)
This is a defined pathway — not a discretionary promotion.
What You’ll Need
- QQI/FETAC Level 6 Electrical Qualification
- Electrical Testing & Verification certification
- Strong domestic / retrofit installation experience
- Working knowledge of ET101
- Safe isolation competence
- Valid Safe Pass & Manual Handling
- Full, clean Category B driving licence
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Professional, safety-conscious approach
Supervisory ambition and accountability mindset are essential.
