Support the development, review and implementation of equality and people policies, practices, standards and associated internal frameworks.
Provide policy research and advice to support decision-making, legislative compliance and organisational change.
Prepare policy papers, reports, presentations and related documentation as required.
Provide guidance to the business, managers and stakeholders on the interpretation and application of all relevant policies.
Act as the central co-ordinator for complaints raised under the company’s Dignity and Mutual Respect Policy by working with the appropriate business units and relevant personnel to ensure matters are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.
Work with the wider HR teams to deliver proactive initiatives, including training and education, that support a positive working culture.
- Develop and maintain a framework to support the organisation’s Equality and Dignity and Mutual Respect Policies, including the Designated Contact Persons structure, to promote awareness, education and ongoing support.
Monitor legislative and best-practice developments, assess organisational impact, and support stakeholder consultation and implementation of policy changes.
Support role-related reporting, projects and process improvements.
