Little Sisters of the Poor are seeking to hire an experienced Chef de Partie for their nursing home in Raheny, Dublin 5.
You must be located in the Dublin area and be able to reliably travel to Dublin 5 for an early shift start of 6.30am according to the rotating schedule.
Previous experience in a healthcare facility would be advantageous but full training will be provided.
Working in a full professional kitchen with a small team, reporting to the Chef Manager, you will be responsible for preparing a varied menu including catering for persons with varying nutritional requirements.
HACCP certified
Minimum of 2 years experience
Shifts are on a rotating schedule and run Monday to Sunday between the hours of 6.30am and 7.30pm. No late evenings or night work are required.
Pay: €17.16 per hour
