Accounts Assistant
Main Duties
- Accounts Payable: Verify accuracy of vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.
- Accounts Receivable: Manage customer accounts and follow up on outstanding invoices.
- Reconciliation: Reconciliations of bank statements & credit card statements.
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, such as filing, and ordering stationery.
Requirements :
- Previous AP experience
- Strong Computer Skills
- Excellent numerical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent organisation skills
