Pod Supervisor - Lissycasey
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated POD Supervisor to join our team in Lissycasey.

Position Details
- 40 hours per week
- 5 shifts per week, Monday to Sunday

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operation of the POD, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Lead, support, and motivate team members to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Manage stock levels, orders, and deliveries to ensure products are always available.
- Ensure compliance with all HACCP, Health & Safety, and company procedures.
- Assist with staff training, performance management, and team development.
- Prepare staff rosters and ensure adequate staffing during busy periods.
- Manage cash handling procedures and daily reporting requirements.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and presentation.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally and effectively.
- Support the team during busy periods and lead by example at all times.
Ideal Candidate
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach with strong attention to detail.

Pay: From €33,700.00 per year
