We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Food & Beverage Assistants to join our hotel team. This role is key to delivering a high-quality dining experience, ensuring every guest receives friendly, efficient, and professional service. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in maintaining excellent standards across all areas of food and beverage service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a warm, friendly welcome and deliver exceptional customer service to all guests.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely service.
- Serve food and drinks in a professional and efficient manner.
- Set up and maintain dining areas to a high standard, ensuring attention to detail at all times.
- Clear and reset tables promptly to maintain a smooth service flow.
- Respond to guest requests and queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Promote and upsell menu items, specials, and hotel services where appropriate.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation across all service areas, both front and back of house.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Key Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar Food & Beverage or hospitality role is desirable.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Positive attitude with a strong team-oriented approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends (Monday to Sunday).
- Strong attention to detail and presentation standards.
- Own transport and accommodation required.
