- Assemble the specific instruments, amplifiers, and gear (the "backline") exactly to the artist’s preferences.
- Gear Maintenance: Tune instruments, change strings, repair broken cables, and troubleshoot technical issues before and during the show.
- In-Show Support: Stand by at the side of the stage during the concert to hand over instruments, fix immediate technical failures, or manage specific cues.
- Pack-Up: Repack delicate instrument cases and secure high-value touring gear into the truck immediately after the curtains close.
- Potential to be hired full time for tours, this will be considered a trial for future work if interested in staying on.
