We are seeking a motivated and technically minded General Assembly Operative to join our balcony build process line. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling balcony systems from a range of engineered components, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to strict safety and production standardsJob description
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble balcony systems using engineering drawings, components, and specifications
- Follow standard operating procedures to ensure right-first-time manufacturing
- Carry out quality checks throughout the assembly process
- Maintain a strong focus on health and safety at all times
- Work efficiently to meet production targets and deadlines
- Operate tools and equipment safely and effectively
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
