Cheeverstown is a leading provider of services and supports for people with intellectual disabilities. We are currently seeking a highly organised and analytical Quality, Risk & Compliance Officer (Grade V) to join our Quality, Risk & Safeguarding Team.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator with strong governance, compliance, and data management skills to play a key role in supporting quality improvement, regulatory compliance, and organisational governance across our services.
The successful candidate will provide administrative and systems oversight across key governance and compliance platforms including ViClarity, NIMS, iPlanit, HIQA compliance systems, and National Interim Standards for New Directions reporting frameworks.
You will be responsible for maintaining governance systems, supporting audits and inspections, coordinating compliance documentation, producing reports and dashboards, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of organisational quality and risk data.
Key Responsibilities
Governance & Systems Management
Maintain and oversee governance and compliance systems including ViClarity, NIMS and iPlanit.
Coordinate user access, permissions and system administration.
Liaise with system providers and internal stakeholders regarding updates and reporting requirements.
Ensure governance records are accurate, current and audit ready.
Quality & Compliance
Support HIQA inspections, audits and regulatory reviews.
Maintain compliance action plans and governance trackers.
Coordinate quality improvement and governance reporting activities.
Support document control processes and policy management.
Data & Reporting
Produce governance reports, dashboards and trend analysis.
Monitor and analyse compliance, incident and risk data.
Ensure data integrity, confidentiality and GDPR compliance.
Develop effective reporting and tracking systems to support decision making.
Administrative Support
Coordinate meetings, audits, inspections and governance reviews.
Prepare reports, presentations, minutes and correspondence.
Support organisational returns and compliance submissions.
Maintain accurate electronic and paper-based filing systems.
Essential Requirements
Relevant Level 7 qualification in Business Administration, Quality Management, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years' experience in an administrative, governance, compliance, quality systems or data management role.
Experience using governance and reporting systems such as ViClarity, NIMS, iPlanit or similar platforms.
Experience working within healthcare, disability, social care or another regulated environment.
Strong analytical, reporting and data management skills.
Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Strong knowledge of GDPR and data compliance requirements.
Advanced Microsoft Office and reporting system skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
Desirable
Experience supporting HIQA inspections and regulatory audits.
Knowledge of disability services and person-centred practice.
Experience producing governance dashboards and analytical reports.
Experience supporting quality improvement initiatives.
