As Cafe Supervisor, you will support the management team in the smooth day-to-day running of the Harvest Homemade Cafe. You will lead and motivate your team to deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable experience. This role requires flexibility, with availability to work weekdays and weekends, 30 hours or more per week throughout the year.

Lead, train, and motivate cafe team members to deliver consistently high standards of service.

Ensure the cafe is presented to the highest standards of cleanliness and organisation.

Maximise sales opportunities and contribute to the cafe's success.

Uphold all hotel policies, including HACCP and cash handling procedures.

Maintain a warm, welcoming atmosphere for guests and colleagues alike.

1-2 years' supervisory experience in a food and beverage or cafe environment (preferred).

A genuine passion for hospitality and customer service.

Strong leadership skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Excellent communication skills and a positive, approachable manner.
