We are seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to act as the vital bridge between our internal teams – including planning, scheduling, logistics, and the production floor – and our global intercompany customers. In this dynamic role, you will take full ownership of the end-to-end sales cycle, processing orders, ensuring on-time delivery, and handling post-sale inquiries. Your expertise will be key to driving peak customer satisfaction and securing future business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Order Management & SAP Processing
- Daily Order Processing: Manage the complete sales cycle and intercompany customer inquiries independently using SAP.
- Customer Interface: Act as the primary point of contact for delivery timelines, order statuses and escalations.
- Live Order Tracking: Proactively monitor and follow up on orders to guarantee on-time delivery.
- Status Reporting: Provide transparent, real-time updates regarding order progress, shipping logistics and material availability.
GTS & Customs Compliance
- LTSD Management: Request Long-Term Supplier Declarations from vendors and efficiently log them into SAP GTS.
- Customer Declarations: Issue and distribute company LTSDs to customers, ensuring mandatory updates.
- Sanction Screening: Audit and release documents or business partners blocked in GTS to comply with EU sanction list regulations.
- Data Maintenance: Maintain accurate business partner contact details and update the Country of Origin for all in-house production parts.
Delivery & Inventory Coordination
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate closely with Production, Planning, Quality and Dispatch departments to guarantee product availability in the warehouse.
· Bottleneck Analysis: Analyse delivery delays systematically to identify root causes and resolve issues to protect customer timelines.
Relationship, Capacity & Process Management
- Account Optimization: Build strong intercompany network relationships and identify opportunities for increased order volumes.
- Capacity Tracking: Partner with Scheduling and Dispatch for early identification and management of capacity bottlenecks.
- Information Flow: Coordinate with Logistics, Purchasing, Production and Sales to maintain seamless communication channels.
What You Bring
- Experience: Core background in a customer-facing role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment is essential.
- Education: Higher degree in Business, Supply Chain or a CPIM diploma alongside relevant industry experience is required.
- Communication: Ability to consult with customers on order requirements while protecting internal manufacturing capacity.
- Organisation: Detail-oriented tracking of multiple orders, shipping schedules and changing customer demands under tight deadlines.
- Systems Expertise: Intermediate-to-advanced Microsoft 365 and Excel skills; hands-on experience running and updating data in SAP environment is highly advantageous.
- Teamwork & Initiative: Strong collaboration skills to thrive within cross-functional teams, combined with the self-motivation to work on your own initiative.
