Excellent opportunity for a Validation Engineer with a Biopharma in Sligo on a 6 month contract. The Validation Engineer will support validation related to Autoclaves, lyophilsation, parts washers. The ideal candidate will have validation execution experience, Aseptic processing validation including media fills and VHP validation execution and HVAC validation experience
Overview of your responsibilities
- Support validation and Quality Assurance activities across the site.
- Lead qualification and validation of equipment, utilities, processes, and computerized systems.
- Develop and execute validation plans, protocols, reports, and schedules.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP and regulatory requirements.
- Support investigations, CAPAs, and validation-related quality events.
- Coordinate vendor activities and validation projects.
- Execute validation and revalidation of sterilization, cleaning, and environmental systems.
- Review and approve validation and qualification documentation.
- Manage deviations, exceptions, and change controls related to validation.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required for the Role:
- Relevant degree and 5 years’ experience
- Autoclave validation execution experience
- Aseptic processing validation including media fills and VHP validation execution
- HVAC validation
