About the Role
We’re currently recruiting a Security Team Leader to join our team onsite at Swords Pavilions Shopping Centre.

Key Responsibilities of the Security Team Leader
- Lead and supervise the onsite security team, ensuring high standards are consistently delivered
- Monitor and maintain security procedures in line with client requirements
- Work collaboratively with facilities and site teams, promoting a “One Team” approach
- Escalate incidents or concerns to the appropriate stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and company policies
- Respond effectively to emergency situations, minimising disruption
- Monitor service delivery, identify improvements, and support training needs
- Oversee the day-to-day operations and performance of the security team
Key Responsibilities of the Security Team Leader
- Security industry experience
- People management Strong communication skills
- Strong communication skills
- PSA Licence essential
- Good level of spoken and written English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a changing workload
- Comfortable using computer systems
