We are seeking a reliable and organised Receptionist/Secretary to join our busy Accountancy Practice in Waterford City Centre. The ideal candidate will be friendly, efficient, and capable of managing a wide range of administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage front desk Reception Duties, including answering phones and directing calls, managing emails, greeting clients
General office and reception duties to include filing, preparing for meetings, handling records in and out and updating records.
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organisational abilities and attention to detail with the ability to prioritise workloads
Competent computer skills
Proficient in typing with dictation typing an advantage
Previous Office or Reception experience (min. 2 years)
This position is Permanent with hours to be discussed.
