About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented IT professional to manage the monitoring, maintenance, and security of our digital infrastructure — including cloud hosting, company websites, domain portfolio, and core business systems. This role owns uptime, renewals, patching, and account security, and proactively identifies issues before they become outages.
What You'll Do
- Monitor cloud infrastructure and hosting accounts for uptime, performance, and security
- Manage the domain portfolio, including renewals, DNS records, and expiration tracking
- Maintain website platforms, including updates, backups, and security hardening
- Administer core business accounts and email systems, including access controls and offboarding
- Maintain an inventory of accounts, credentials, and vendor contacts
- Set up proactive monitoring and alerting across systems
- Document processes and maintain runbooks for common issues
What We're Looking For
- Experience managing cloud infrastructure, domains, and web hosting
- Hands-on experience maintaining and securing websites
- Experience administering business productivity and email platforms
- Familiarity with monitoring and alerting tools
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Clear written communication for documentation and vendor coordination
Nice to Have
- Relevant cloud certification
- Basic scripting for automation
- Experience with a password/credential manager
- Experience with a ticketing or documentation tool
