Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the bar
- Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house staff
- Deliver excellent customer service standards
- Oversee stock control, ordering, and supplier management
- Manage cash handling and end-of-day procedures
- Ensure compliance with licensing, health & safety, and hygiene regulations
- Create staff rotas and manage labour costs
- Help drive sales and maintain high operational standards
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Bar Manager or Assistant Manager
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Good knowledge of cocktails, beers, wines, and bar operations
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Fluent English required
- Experience with stock systems and tills preferred
