Proactive and versatile person to manage and develop a busy and profitable retail parts department within the Dairy Industry.
The right person will be a highly motivated, driven, enthusiastic, self-starter who will relish the opportunity of joining a rapidly growing, dynamic business with a unique offering in DeLaval Milking Systems and farm solutions in South Tipperary.
Your responsibilities as a Store person will include:
- Serving customers and dealing with products and services both face-to-face and on the phone.
- Proactively engage with clients to identify their needs from current offering and identify new lines
- Build and maintain customer relationships through the delivery of excellent customer service
- Merchandising displays & products.
- Managing stock and deliveries.
- Forklift duties- loading and unloading deliveries.
- Pre-picking stock for Internal Staff for Service and Installation.
- Housekeeping within the store.
- Support other Team members within the business.
- Work with the management team of the business.
Skills:
- Must have a proactive mind set.
- Knowledge of Agriculture products/ Dairy Industry is desirable but not essential.
- Communication and customer service skills are essential.
- IT Skills.
- Forklift training, Manual Handling desirable but can be provided.
- Knowledge of Stock Control.
- Ability to work both independently and part of a team.
- Full clean driving license and ability to travel as required.
