At Clonakilty Distillery, we're proud to craft award-winning Irish whiskeys alongside our premium Minke Gin and Vodka. As a growing distillery, we're looking for an enthusiastic and hands on individual to join our Production & Warehouse team.
This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in the production of our spirits, from blending whiskey, gin, and vodka to preparing them for bottling.

The role of the Blending & Warehouse Operative will be as follows:
- To undertake liquid blending/dilution/ cask operations as instructed
- To complete relevant paperwork recording all liquid operations
- To carry out all activities in accordance with SOP’s and Health and Safety directives.
- To carry out precision forklift operations safely and carefully and in line with all SOPs, best practice, and Health & Safety guidelines
- To provide occasional support to the bottling team, assisting with the production of bottled stock in line with the bottling schedule while maintaining the highest quality standards
Previous experience is not essential as full training and ongoing support will be provided.
Skills / Qualifications / Experience:
· Physically fit to undertake heavy manual work
· Ability to work to deadlines
· Experience in operating machinery essential. Forklift/ warehouse experience an advantage.
· Good understanding of verbal and written English

· Tenacity in resolving queries and issues, great attention to detail

· Enthusiastic and self-motivated
· Flexible and willing to take on new activities and responsibilities as required
