Insight Global is looking for an Installation Technician to assist with installing equipment at the designated customer sites across Europe. This individual will be responsible for assembling the machines from both an electrical and mechanical standpoint, at the various customer sites.
On a day-to-day basis, you will travel to customer sites across Europe to install large-scale robotic machinery. You will be responsible for both mechanical and electrical assembly, working from schematics and technical instructions to ensure correct installation. You will troubleshoot issues on-site, support customers during installs, and answer any technical questions to ensure a smooth deployment. Travel will typically be 3–6 weeks at a time, with all expenses covered, working closely with international engineering teams delivering complex automation projects.
Must-Haves
- Hands-on experience with mechanical and electrical assembly
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
- Ability to read and follow schematics and technical instructions
- Experience working in on-site installation or field-based roles
- Comfortable communicating in English
- Willingness to travel extensively across Europe

- Experience installing robotics or automation equipment
- Previous offshore or field technician experience
- Background working with large machinery or retail automation systems
- Experience working directly with customers onsite
Pay: From €60,000.00 per year
