Core Responsibilities
Create Discovery Calls for the Sales Team
Optimise and refine the current outbound approach
Cold Call
Create and Manage Email and LinkedIn Sequences
Set the benchmark for excellence of the BDR team
Required Experience & Skills
6 -18 months of BDR/SDR Outbound Prospecting Experience
Proven track record of exceeding quota
Strong hunter/prospecting mindset
Startup experience
Fearless Cold Call Skills
Operational Excellence in running outbound sequences/cadences
Nice to Have
Experience in eCommerce
