Key Responsibilities
-
Support the safe, timely and high-quality delivery of projects in line with programme, budget and company standards.

Act as the client's main point of contact on site, maintaining strong working relationships with all stakeholders.

Coordinate internal teams and subcontractors to ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.

Arrange and coordinate site plant requirements while maintaining accurate records.

Attend daily and weekly site meetings relating to health & safety, project progress and crane allocations.

Monitor and maintain the quality of works throughout the project lifecycle.

Provide internal and external progress updates against programme timelines, including mitigation plans where required.

Communicate opportunities for improvements to designs, processes and site operations.

Report examples of good practice and areas for improvement to management.

Monitor the progress and performance of construction teams on site.

Maintain accurate project documentation and health & safety records.
-
Establish, monitor and maintain reporting arrangements, resources and client relationships.
-
Operate effectively within both client and internal document control and administrative systems.

Keep management informed of any issues or risks that may impact the project or wider business.

Coordinate and manage site materials effectively.

Travel to sites across Ireland and the UK as required.

Ability to read Construction Drawings

Experience working with concrete and/or construction

Highly organised and exceptional time management skills

Eligible to work in Ireland and the UK

3rd Level Education in Construction Management or similar
-
Safe Pass for Ireland and CSCS for UK
-
Manual Handling certificate is preferable, but training can be provided.

SMSTS certification
-
Familiar in the use of Trimble connect and Revit models as well as AutoCAD
-
Experience in working in precast would be an advantage
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel and Word
-
Full Drivers Licence with access to a vehicle if required

Strong written and verbal English communication skills
