This is a full-time, permanent position, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
About the Role
As a Merchandiser / Client Services Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring our client's micro kitchens are fully stocked and operating efficiently throughout the day. You'll provide exceptional customer service while supporting the day-to-day operations of multiple office buildings on our client site.
This varied role combines client care, merchandising, stock replenishment, cleaning fridges, coffee machines & micro kitchens, moving stock around on cages and trolleys, manual handling, loading stock, managing the store rooms, and various adhoc tasks as they resent throughout the day. No two days are the same, and you'll take pride in delivering a high standard of service while responding to ad hoc requests as they arise.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer and client service, ensuring a positive experience for all employees and visitors.
- Build strong relationships with clients and respond promptly to requests and workplace needs.
- Assist the delivery driver by transferring stock to the storeroom.
- Distribute stock throughout multiple office buildings across the client site.
- Merchandise and replenish snacks, cold drinks, fruit, dairy products, and other refreshments in micro kitchens.
- Refill snack racks, fridges, beverage stations, and workplace essentials throughout the day.
- Monitor product freshness and rotate stock, ensuring expiry dates are checked regularly.
- Manage stock levels and report inventory requirements.
- Carry out manual handling duties, including moving stock, pulling cages, and replenishing supplies safely.
- Clean, maintain, and restock coffee machines and ensure all micro kitchens and communal areas are clean, presentable, and fully equipped with tea, coffee, cups, and other essentials.
- Complete ad hoc operational tasks as required to support the smooth running of the workplace.
- Report any stock shortages, equipment faults, or customer service concerns promptly.
- Maintain high standards of presentation, professionalism, cleanliness, and food safety.
- Follow all company health and safety procedures and contribute to a safe working environment.
About You
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, merchandising, retail, or workplace services is desirable.
- Friendly, approachable, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
- Comfortable performing manual handling tasks and working in a physically active role.
- Able to work independently while also being a supportive team member.
- Well organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Flexible and willing to adapt to changing priorities throughout the day.
- Reliable, professional, and takes pride in maintaining high workplace standards.

- Starting hourly rate: €14.46 per hour
- Guaranteed increase to €14.89 per hour after successful completion of your 6-month probation.
