Bow and Pearl are currently looking for an experienced senior retail sales consultant to join their team in their Rathmines store. This is a customer focused role and the successful candidate will have experience in fashion retail and sales and be available to work some weekends.

Bow and Pearl Boutique is a fashion and lifestyle store located in Rathmines, Co. Dublin. We offer a wide range of unique fashion labels as well as timeless jewellery and quirky homeware pieces. Our sister store Bow Baby stocks a range of baby clothes along with high quality accessories and gorgeous gifts. At Bow and Pearl, the customer is key, and our philosophy is to make every customer’s experience with us as enjoyable as possible. The ideal candidate will therefore be friendly and outgoing and will be able to engage with customers in a fun but professional manner.
The Role
Working towards daily sales targets
Engaging with and helping customers on the shop floor
Possessing a familiarity with and knowledge of all products in order to advise
customers
Maintaining floor standards and ensuring the store is customer ready
Fulfilling online orders throughout the day
Processing new deliveries
Prioritising customer service and ensuring each customer has a positive experience

The candidate must be confident in interacting with customers on the shop floor. We are looking for someone who can positively represent our brand with a proactive and enthusiastic attitude and delivery of excellent customer service. Flexibility mid week and weekends is needed.
