Sous Chef – Featherblade Restaurant

With a 4.6-star rating on Google and 4.5 stars on TripAdvisor, our reputation has been built on consistently great food, genuine hospitality and an outstanding team. We are now looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic Sous Chef to join our kitchen.

- Circa €200 tips per week

The Role
Working alongside our Head Chef, you will help lead the kitchen team while maintaining the high standards Featherblade is known for.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the kitchen during service
- Preparing and presenting consistently high-quality food
- Assisting with supplier ordering
- Managing stock levels
- Maintaining our HACCP and food safety standards
- Training and developing junior chefs
- Supporting the Head Chef with the day-to-day running of the kitchen
The Successful Candidate Will Have
- A minimum of 2 years' experience as either a Senior Chef de Partie or Sous Chef
- Experience working in a busy professional kitchen
- A genuine passion for food and consistency
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent attention to detail
- The ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and a good command of English
- Excellent knowledge of HACCP and food safety procedures
- A relevant professional culinary qualification (preferred)
