The Role
You'll be responsible for managing clients through the full mortgage journey - from initial consultation through to drawdown - delivering tailored, compliant advice across a broad lender panel.
This is a true advisory role with a strong commercial edge. You'll be expected to build pipeline, convert opportunities, and deliver an excellent client experience throughout.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and assess client financial needs (new and existing clients)

Provide tailored mortgage recommendations aligned with compliance standards

Manage the full application process through to completion

Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships

Generate and convert business through a mix of provided leads and self-sourcing

Stay up to date with market trends, lenders, and product changes

Consistently meet and exceed performance targets
What We're Looking For

QFA qualified (or close to completion)

Minimum 2+ years' experience in a mortgage brokerage

Strong track record of hitting targets and generating business

Confident communicator with the ability to build trust quickly

Self-starter with strong organisation and ownership mindset

Commercially sharp with a genuine interest in helping clients
