Machine Operator (EPS Production)

We are hiring!
Thermotech Ltd., a growing manufacturer of expanded polystyrene (EPS) insulation boards, is looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Machine Operator. This role position involves both operating light machinery and delivering Thermotech products to our clients across Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating machines for EPS production
- Manual handling of boards during packaging and dispatch
- Supporting production flow in a busy warehouse environment
Requirements:
- Full Category B driving licence (essential)
- Forklift licence (not required)
- Experience in delivery driving or warehouse work is a plus
- Good command of English (required)
- Physical fitness – manual lifting and loading involved
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Working Conditions:
- Location: Ratoath, Co. Meath
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00–15:30
- On-site warehouse environment
- €15.00 per hour
- Company provides workwear and necessary equipment
