The Franciscan Missionaries of the Divine Motherhood are seeking applications for the position of Office and HR Administrator, based at Franciscan Convent in Ballinasloe.
Reporting to the General Manager, the post holder will provide an exceptional, high quality administration service working as part of a small Management Team. The role combines general administrative duties together with specific responsibilities for the HR administration requirements of 45 employees.
The role will suit candidates who have held positions at senior administrator level. Particular consideration will be given to those who have previously worked as part of an HR department and who have experience of current HR practices and procedures.
Applicants will need to be able to demonstrate a high degree of accuracy, excellent written presentation and full expertise of Microsoft Office tools.
This is an office based role and hybrid working is not available for this position.
Pay: €40,000.00 per year
