Job Description
We are looking to build a pipeline of talent and are inviting applications for a Snagger for an upcoming phase of a housing development in Cavan. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, documenting, and fixing minor defects and finishes before properties are handed over to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspecting properties thoroughly to identify defects, marks, and unfinished work.
- Carrying out high-quality snagging works, including minor plaster patching, painting touch-ups, mastic application, and ironmongery adjustments.
- Working closely with the Finishing Foreman to ensure houses are presented to an exceptional standard.
- Keeping accurate records of completed works.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a snagging, property maintenance, or finishing carpentry/painting role.
- Strong all-round DIY/handyman skills with an eye for exceptional detail.
- Valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling certificate.
- Must possess your own basic hand tools and cordless tools.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines.
