About the Role
As a Senior Cyber/IT Risk Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding ADI’s global operations, intellectual property, and customer data. You will independently lead risk assessments, drive compliance initiatives, and respond to security incidents, all while collaborating with cross-functional teams across continents. This is a high-impact role for a cybersecurity professional who thrives on solving complex problems, influencing security strategy, and mentoring junior team members. You will be empowered to shape ADI’s security posture and contribute to the continuous improvement of our global risk management program.
Risk Assessment & Management
- Independently conduct comprehensive risk assessments across IT infrastructure, applications, and business processes
- Develop, maintain, and update risk registers and mitigation strategies
Security Framework & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to global and local cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, SOX, GDPR, DPDP Act)
- Develop and maintain security policies
- Support internal and external audit activities
Incident Response Leadership
- Lead or coordinate incident response activities and forensic investigations
- Document investigation findings and drive post-incident improvements
Strategic Communication
- Prepare risk reports and executive-level presentations
- Translate technical risks into clear business impacts for diverse stakeholders
Stakeholder Engagement
- Facilitate risk discussions with business and technology teams
- Build consensus for risk treatment decisions and security investments
Leadership & Mentoring
- Mentor junior analysts
- Lead cross-functional security initiatives
- Represent ADI in external security forums
Continuous Improvement
- Contribute to the evolution of ADI’s security strategy and policies
- Enhance incident response playbooks and security processes
Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Risk Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity risk management, IT security, or related field
