Kevin Egan Cars is a leading Citroën and Peugeot dealership with a strong reputation built on quality work and honest service.
We take pride in doing things right, no shortcuts, no nonsense.
Our team is built around experience, accountability and looking after customers properly.
We are now trialling a new working pattern and are looking for someone open to a different way of working.
Working Pattern
This position is a full-time role based on a standard 5-day working week.
To support work-life balance and provide greater flexibility, we are open to trialling an alternative working pattern of 3 x 12-hour shifts per week, followed by 4 days off, for the right candidate.
The suitability of this arrangement will be assessed based on both operational requirements and individual performance. While the 3-day shift pattern may become a permanent option if successful, the role is fundamentally structured as a 5-day position. Therefore, candidates should be willing and able to work a standard Monday to Friday schedule, 9:00am to 5:30pm, should business needs require a return to this working pattern in the future.
