Breaffy House Resort is currently recruiting experienced Bar Personal to support Bar Manager in smooth running of Resort bars.
Key duties and responsibilities-
- Operate till system and generation of reports for the purpose of tracking sales and for accounting purposes
- Smooth running of all wedding and function bars with a particular focus on maintaining the highest standards possible
- Focus on the food and beverage department sales
- Responsible for the bar stock control and maintaining the stock levels through provision stock rotation etc.
- Complete sales in relating to the bar for the increase of sales through training,
up-selling, and any other promotional activity required
- Participate in training , high level of customer care among all staff members
The ideal candidate-
- 2 years experienced as a in high volume similar size property
- Is innovative and results driven
- Previous experience motivating and managing a team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Is fluent in English
