The Graduate BIM Engineer will support the development, coordination, and delivery of Building Information Modelling (BIM) across projects. This role is ideal for a recent engineering, architecture, or construction technology graduate who is eager to develop technical expertise in digital design, 3D modelling, and collaborative project delivery.
The successful candidate will work closely with senior engineers, designers, and project teams to produce accurate models, maintain BIM standards, and contribute to efficient project workflows.
BIM Model Creation & Coordination:

Develop, maintain 3D BIM models using BIM software such as Revit or similar tools.

Assist in producing detailed drawings, schedules, and model outputs.

Support clash detection processes and help resolve coordination issues.

Ensure models are accurate, uptodate, and aligned with project requirements.
Collaboration & Coordination:

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support design and construction activities

Assist in preparing BIM documentation, reports, and model deliverables.

Participate in project meetings and contribute to digital coordination discussions.
Compliance & Standards:

Follow company BIM standards, protocols, and workflows.

Help maintain model quality, naming conventions, and data integrity.

Support compliance with Company ISO Standards and guidelines
Continuous Improvement, Training & Support:

Complete training on the use of BIM tools and software.

Stay updated with the latest BIM trends, technologies, and industry best practices and apply this knowledge to role.

Education: bachelor's degree in engineering (Architectural Technologies, Mechanical, Electrical, Construction Management, or a related field).

Strong interest in BIM, digital engineering, and 3D modelling.

Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to address issues

Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail in modelling, documentation, and coordination tasks.

Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple disciplines and with stakeholders.

Experience gained through internships, placements, or academic projects.

Industry Certifications: Certification in BIM-related software or methodologies (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional, BuildingSmart, or similar).
