Responsible for end-to-end delivery of aircraft induction and redelivery projects, ensuring compliance with airworthiness regulations and contractual requirements. Leads a small team of highly skilled professionals and manages additional CAMO projects, with accountability for scope, schedule, quality, and stakeholder coordination.
- Lead aircraft inductions and redeliveries ensuring compliance and on-time delivery
Oversee aircraft records, maintenance status, and airworthiness conditions
Ensure compliance with EASA Part-CAMO / Part-145 requirements
Plan and manage CAMO projects, including schedules, risks, and resources
Provide updates and escalation to CAMO Manager
Lead, mentor, and coordinate a small team of CAMO professionals
Ensure continuing airworthiness and support audits
Liaise with lessors, MROs, OEMs, and aviation authorities
Qualifications
- Degree in Aeronautical Engineering or related discipline
Experience
- 5+ years’ experience in CAMO or airline engineering
Experience in aircraft inductions, transitions, or redeliveries
Knowledge of EASA Part-CAMO and Part-145
Project leadership experience; PMP or PRINCE2 advantageous
- Strong leadership and coordination skills
Excellent project management and organisation
High attention to detail
Strong communication and stakeholder management
Ability to manage multiple projects
- PMP certification or equivalent experience
Experience in lease transitions
Knowledge of fleet types
Experience with aviation authorities
- On-time project delivery
Regulatory and contractual compliance
Documentation accuracy- Stakeholder satisfaction
