Job Title: Warehouse and Admin Assistant

Job Type: Part-Time / Permanent 20 hours per week over 4 days
About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and organised Warehouse Assistant to join our growing team. This role involves packing and dispatching online orders while also supporting the wider business with general administrative duties as required.
The ideal candidate will have previous warehouse experience, strong attention to detail, and confidence using office software such as Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare online customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Organise stock and maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment
- Assist with goods receiving and stock checks
- Support administrative tasks across different departments when required
- Update records, spreadsheets, and order information
- Assist with filing, data entry, and general office support
- Work collaboratively with warehouse and office teams to meet daily targets
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a warehouse, logistics, or similar role
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using:
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Word
- Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Drive)
- Ability to multitask and adapt to different areas of the business
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely
Desirable
- Manual Handling Certification
- Experience working with online order systems or e-commerce fulfilment
- Basic administrative or office experience
