Job Purpose
The role provides support to production operational leads by coordinating activities, managing routine and ad hoc tasks, supporting internal communications, and delivering data analysis to enable efficient site production. This role reports directly to the General Manager.

Role Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to ensure production systems are effectively maintained

Compile, analyse, and report production KPIs, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery

Produce and display production performance metrics
-
Automate routine data collection and reporting where possible (e.g. VWT, Radius, SFDC)

Generate reports to support material yield reviews and track factory waste data

Collaborate with CI, HR, Quality, and H&S teams to support site projects and initiatives

Customer onboarding - new business

Drive operational profit margin reviews and ensure action plan outcomes are delivered

Provide data and administrative support for management processes

Support operational and management projects through data gathering and reporting

Organise meetings, site visits, and customer engagements as required

Prepare reports and presentations following customer visits and management meetings

Provide general administrative support to site leadership and contribute to problem-solving activities

Finding AI solutions for current reporting and data extraction/collection and predictive problem solving
Knowledge, Skills, Experience

Third level education is desirable but not essential

Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

Demonstrable experience of excellent communication skills to all levels of the operation

Advanced and efficient on the use of Microsoft Office and in particular Excel and Power Point

Proficient in the use of AI

High levels of professionalism and standard of work

Ability to both work on own initiative and take direction from the General Manager
Environmental, Health and Safety
