The Role
We are looking for a Junior Pizza Chef to join our team at Bambino Stephen's Street.
As a Junior Pizza Chef, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing pizzas consistently in line with Bambino's quality standards.
- Maintaining high standards of HACCP and food safety compliance.
- Working efficiently as part of the kitchen team.
- Demonstrating professionalism, reliability and a positive attitude.
- Developing your technical skills across the pizza section.
What we're looking for
- Full-time availability all year round.
- Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Some experience working with pizza is desirable, but we are also interested in candidates with relevant kitchen experience and a strong willingness to learn.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop.
- The ability to work effectively in a busy kitchen environment.
Your Training
Before joining the Stephen's Street team, you'll complete two weeks of dedicated training in our Central Production Unit (CPU).
During your training, you'll work with a dedicated trainer who will support you in developing your skills in:
- Stretching
- Topping
- Slicing
- Oven operation
- Bambino's recipes and quality standards
- HACCP and food safety procedures
The aim is to give you the training, confidence and practical experience you need before moving into one of our busiest kitchens.
Once your training is successfully completed, you'll join the Stephen's Street team and continue developing your skills through hands-on experience and ongoing coaching.
