Travel & Administration Coordinator

DECI Ltd. is a leading engineering and commissioning company delivering mission critical projects across Europe, the USA, and the Middle East. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an organised, proactive, and detail focused Travel & Administration Coordinator to join our team in our Naas office.
This role will support the coordination of travel and accommodation for employees working across multiple international projects, while also assisting with administration and finance related support tasks.
We are looking for someone who enjoys organisation, problem solving, and working within a fast paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long term career within a growing international company, with significant room for growth and progression over time.
Please note that our office location may potentially move later this year to an area closer to Monasterevin, Co. Kildare.
Key Responsibilities
- Booking flights, accommodation, car hire, and other travel arrangements for employees
- Coordinating travel requirements across multiple international projects and locations
- Obtaining quotes and sourcing the most suitable travel and accommodation options
- Managing travel schedules, trackers, and employee itineraries
- Communicating travel arrangements and updates to employees
- Managing travel related expenses and maintaining accurate cost records
- Uploading invoices, receipts, and supporting documentation
- Assisting with event bookings and coordination
- Processing and uploading expenses into Sage
- Supporting document management, filing, and general office administration
- Maintaining accurate records, databases, and administrative systems
- Providing day to day administrative support to the operations team
- Assisting with ad hoc administrative and coordination tasks as required
Requirements
- Previous experience in administration, travel coordination, office support, customer service, or a similar role preferred
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and general computer systems
- Experience with Sage or finance systems is beneficial but not essential
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Full right to work in Ireland

Pay: €27,000.00-€32,000.00 per year
