Health & Safety Advisor
Salary DOE - Will be discussed with each candidate in line with experience.
We are currently recruiting to fill a key role within our business.
Due to current workload we are looking to add a suitably qualified Health & Safety Advisor to the business.
This role is open to full or part time personnel./ This role is also open to a Contractor also.
With the majority of our workload within the Leinster & Munster areas some travel to sites will be expected.
This role is ideal for a person who has a can do attitude and willing to play their part within the current team.
Main Role Duties:
- Preparing H&S Documentation for upcoming works
- Maintaining Management systems in line with certification requirements
- Drafting of Project Documentation/ Tool Box Talks/ Safety Alerts etc
- Completing Site Safety Inspections/TBTs
- General Health & Safety Admin Works as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Level 7 H&S Qualification from a recognised 3rd level Institute essential.
- Ideally 2+ years of experience in a Health & Safety Officer/Advisor role, preferably within the construction industry – but not essential.
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Computer literate, familiar with the various Microsoft packages
- Train the Trainer Qualifications an advantage

- Our head office is based in Muckalee Co Kilkenny. Attendance to the office would be required approx 2 days per week. Role will be a mix off office and site work.
