The role of a Coach at Evolution Fitness is to deliver high-quality training sessions while creating a positive, professional, and supportive environment for members.
You will work closely with members to help them improve strength, fitness, movement, and overall health, while also contributing to the day-to-day running of the gym.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver semi-private and small group coaching sessions
- Ensure all sessions are structured, engaging, and run to a high standard
- Coach members on technique, progression, and safe training practices
- Provide encouragement, accountability, and support to members
- Build strong relationships and create a welcoming environment
- Set up and reset equipment before and after sessions
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the gym floor
- Support with basic admin tasks when required
- Represent the Evolution Fitness brand in a professional manner at all times
Working Structure
- Early morning coaching (typically starting from 6am)
- Evening coaching shifts (typically 2–3 hours)
- Combination of coaching blocks and flexible responsibilities
- Opportunity to take on additional sessions over time

Purpose of the Role
To help members train effectively, stay consistent, and achieve results, while supporting the growth and standards of Evolution Fitness.
Job Types: Part-time, Specified-purpose
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 30 per week
Pay: €15.00-€30.00 per hour
