You will be joining a team responsible for adding over 500 people to the business during 2026. If you have experience in either a high-volume agency or rapidly scaling in-house team you will fit in well.
Outside of day-to-day recruitment you will help us improve processes, communications and add automation wherever possible.
It's an exciting time to join us at Comfort Homecare as we build the hiring process for future scale, redesign our on-boarding program and review our retention strategy. You will be a major part of this journey.
