We are seeking an exceptional Senior Interior Architect to join our award-winning Dublin studio.
This is a senior position requiring an experienced designer who can confidently lead multiple luxury residential projects from concept through to completion. You will work closely with our Creative Director, clients, architects, contractors and specialist suppliers, ensuring every project is delivered to the highest design and technical standards.
Our portfolio includes some of Ireland's most prestigious private residences, alongside projects throughout the UK and Portugal, offering the opportunity to work on exceptional homes in both national and international locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple luxury residential projects simultaneously.
- Develop innovative interior architecture and design concepts tailored to each client's lifestyle.
- Produce detailed space planning, technical drawing packages and construction documentation.
- Design bespoke kitchens, bathrooms, joinery, lighting layouts and interior architectural details.
- Prepare furniture, finishes and material specifications.
- Present design concepts confidently to clients.
- Attend regular site visits and project meetings throughout Ireland, with occasional travel to the UK and Portugal.
- Liaise closely with architects, contractors, consultants, suppliers and specialist trades.
- Coordinate project programmes and ensure projects progress efficiently from design through to completion.
- Resolve on-site design and construction issues while maintaining the integrity of the original design vision.
- Mentor and support junior members of the design team.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Interior Architecture, specialising in luxury residential design.
- Degree in Interior Architecture or Interior Design.
- Proven experience managing multiple high-end residential projects simultaneously.
- Strong technical detailing and AutoCAD skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation and organisational skills.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with exceptional attention to detail.
- Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel for site visits.
- Ability to work from our Dublin studio on a full-time basis.
Pay: €50,000.00-€55,000.00 per year
