Administrator
We are looking for an Administrator to join our team and help us achieve our goals. You will serve as a point of contact for customers and with queries about products, orders and deliveries and provide support for sales representatives, accounting and purchasing team.
Our ideal candidate is goal-oriented and has a deep knowledge of customer service best practices. If you have exceptional organisational skills and draw energy from being part of a team, we would like to meet you.
Responsibilities
To work off your own initiative as well as taking incoming/outgoing calls and managing email correspondence in the office.
Provide customer support - Process orders, answer queries, investigate shortages and damage claims.
Review “on hold” sales orders and action as appropriate.
Provide administration support to sales representatives.
Administration support for Master Accounts including submission of new line forms and other product information requests and monthly reports.
Provide some administration support to Despatch department.
Provide some administration support to Purchasing department.
Communicate important feedback from customers internally
Stay up-to-date with new products and features
Other general office administration tasks as required.
Requirements and skills
Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent
Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
A team player with high level of dedication
Ability to work under strict deadlines
Pay: €29,000.00-€31,000.00 per year
