We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic waiter/waitress to join our energetic front of house team on a full time basis (approx 30 hrs p.w) who would be available full time all year round at The Bread Basket, Ballinasloe. We pride ourselves on our friendly and efficient service to our guests and would someone who is passionate about the hospitality industry to join us!
Responsibilities:
- Take all customers’ orders as necessary.
- Ensure that the necessary cutlery, glassware are set prior to food delivery.
- Clearing of tables.
- Understand thoroughly and articulate with enthusiasm the details of our menu & pastries.
- Deliver food & beverages to customers
- Prepare teas, coffees and takeaways.
- Clean and maintain your work area at all times.
- Ensure hygiene and food care at all times
- Check accuracy of bill before presenting and ensure correct payment.
Criteria:
- Fluent English
- Can commute to Ballinsloe
- Available to work weekdays & Saturdays
- Have a positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Must have exceptional customer service skills
- Must be friendly and be a great team player
- Must be legally entitled to work in Ireland
