We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll while ensuring compliance with Irish payroll legislation and company policies.
About The Role
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain employees payroll records and update changes as required

Monitor and maintain employee attendance through time and attendance software and ensure details are recorded correctly.

Process payroll in a timely manner in line with current payroll cycle dates ensuring payroll deadlines are met.

Gather all payroll related data eg timesheets, absence forms, employee personal information etc

Ensure compliance with company policy and current legislative requirements and revenue.

Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies for the payroll run.
- Respond to payroll queries from employees in a professional and timely manner.

Assist in the administration of HR records. Maintain accurate HR/employee records and ensure GDPR compliance.

Maintain privacy and confidentiality with regard to all employee related matters.
Essential Requirements:

Previous experience in payroll administration and software

Strong Knowledge of Irish payroll legislation and Revenue requirements

High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Ability to work independently and meet deadines
