This is an excellent opportunity for a Chef De Partie looking for a new kitchen role and a better work life balance in this busy Dublin Golf Club. Not your typical F&B working hours as the facility is busier in the daytime than at night and busier in the summer than in the winter. This may be appealing to someone who is looking to move away from the late nights of a typical restaurant.
We are looking for an experienced Chef to join our team.
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in Ireland
- Friendly outgoing nature & good leader
- Strong positive work ethic
- Creative & passionate about food
- Excellent knowledge of HACCP & food safety
- Good planner, organiser and communicator
- Ability to exceed customers expectations
- Be a real team player
- Excellent presentation & attention to detail
Your main responsibilities will be:
Assisting the Head Chef with all aspects of the smooth and efficient day-to-day management of this department. You will be involved in creating new menus, inspiring new recipes and designing weekly specials.
