We are currently seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join Our Fresh Food team in Gerry's Fresh Foods.
The F&V/Produce Assistant will be responsible for maintaining our fruit & veg department primarily with the potential to train in other areas of the business.
This role is available in both a full time and part time capacity currently. Please note, both the full time & part time roles require availability to work 5 days across 7.
Main Duties
- Department Set up/display.
- Ensuring customers experience excellent service at all times
- Ensuring the department is presented in a professional manner.
- Stock Ordering
- Requirements:
- Previous fruit & veg experience would be an advantage but is not essential
- Must have a strong eye for detail.
- Must have strong organisational skills.
- Excellent communications skills
- Strong knowledge of fruit & veg/produce in general.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
